Refund policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if there is an issue with your order. i.e. defective or damaged.
This shop offers one-of-kind items or small batch options. Not all items can be replaced.
In the event an item was sent in error, a refund or exchange will be provided when/if available.
In the event an item is defective, please contact the shop within 48 hours. Please provide photos. If possible, an item will be exchanged. Defective item will be returned to seller, or buyer will be charged for both items.
In the event the item is received damaged, please contact the shop within 72 hours. If an item is received damaged, please provide photos. A refund will be provided.
After 3 days, if no claim is filed with this shop, item is considered received and no refund will be given.
